S.W. Howell Engineering, Inc. offers a full line of Land Planning service. They have the staff and resources to do multiple section drainage plans as well as traffic and zoning plans. Various members of the staff have worked on many varied land planning projects ranging from a 3 section drainage plan in north Odessa, Texas to Master Plans for area cities. S.W. Howell Engineering has been an active partner in the implementation of the Ector County Appraisal Districts GIS system. This system which uses Arc Info is integrating the databases from the various taxing entities on a combined map with pick and click features.
